Color sorting accuracy refers to the percentage of the amount of impurities selected from the raw materials to the total amount of impurities contained. The accuracy of color selection is mainly related to the movement speed of the conveyor belt and the purity of the raw materials. The slower the movement speed of the conveyor belt, the longer the time between adjacent impurities, and the servo system has enough time to remove the impurities and improve the accuracy of color selection. Similarly, the higher the initial purity of raw materials, the less the impurity quality, the higher the color selection accuracy. At the same time, the accuracy of color selection is also limited by the design of the servo system itself. When there are more than two impurities in the same frame image, only one impurity can be removed, and the accuracy of color selection decreases.
The carry-out ratio refers to the ratio of the number of impurities in the waste selected by the color sorter to the number of normal materials. The level of the take-out ratio can be adjusted, mainly by adjusting the power-on time of the actuator to complete the adjustment of the take-out ratio. If the take-out ratio is set too high, it will affect the two indicators of the selection rate and the processing capacity; if the setting is too low, the selected waste contains too many normal materials, which will cause waste; if reprocessing, it needs to invest A certain amount of manpower and material resources will cause a lot of trouble and economic losses.
In the actual production process, the three indicators of processing capacity, color selection accuracy and carry-out ratio are integrated, and they are all key indicators and must be examined at the same time.
