PA is a generic term for polyamide plastics, they all have amide groups in structure and have similarities in performance. Its overall appearance is characterized by: it is a kind of toughness, from yellowish transparent to opaque materials. General nylon is a crystalline plastic, but also amorphous transparent nylon. Synthesis of polyamide: polyamide is a polymer material classified into macromolecular chain structure by ring-opening polymerization of lactone amine or polycondensation of dibasic acid diamine or amino fatty acid. aliphatic polyamide, aromatic polyamide, polyamide imide and copolymerized nylon aliphatic polyamide: polycondensation of aliphatic dibasic acid aliphatic diamine or amino fatty acid, PA6,PA66,PA11.PA12,PA46, etc.
Advantages: fast crystallization rate, high crystallinity, excellent overall performance Disadvantages: large water absorption, poor dimensional stability of products, low heat resistance.
